Albania Diaries started as a passion project and grew into something we never expected. What began as sharing honest travel experiences on TikTok turned into a community of thousands of people who, like us, were curious about one of Europe's most underrated destinations.

We are not a travel agency and we're not here to sell you a package holiday. We're a British-Albanian couple who have been visiting Albania for over 20 years and now proudly call it home. Having travelled and lived across the world ourselves, we understand what travellers really value. That's why our ethos is built on transparency, authenticity and trust, providing honest recommendations and practical guidance you can rely on every step of your journey.

Every guide, itinerary and recommendation is based on real experience, carefully curated to help you discover the very best of Albania with confidence. We have eaten in the restaurants, stayed in the guesthouses, driven the roads and hiked the mountains. If we would not do it ourselves, we would not suggest it to you.
